Welcome

This is the section were most Realtors dazzle you with how attentive they are and how much experience they have. I think it is more important to let you know what my philosophy is, to let you decide if you want to work with me. Basic shared values and beliefs are a cornerstone to compatibility and a good relationship. Real estate represents a large investment of time, money, and our dreams for the future. Working with someone who at least shares your basic financial and investment philosophy can make the process so much more rewarding, in all ways.

I've included several topics, some current and some timeless, that can give you insight as to how I think and act. I've also added a blog in which you may opine about any of the topics listed or ask questions that may be of interest to all. I hope you will take the time to look some of these topics over to see if you agree. I am always available to discuss any of the topics or real estate in general.

By the way, I've been a real estate broker for 10 years. I am currently an employing broker, although I prefer to work alone at the present time. I have an MBA, CU '92. Currently 80% of our investment and retirement portfolio is in real estate. I believe one should practice what one preaches.
